Brown Booby (Sula leucogaster): 1 off Eilat's north beach, 28/Nov (A. Ben Dov, R. Mizrachi).

Mangrove Heron (Butorides striatus): 1 at Ma'agan Michael fishponds, 04/Nov (R. Ram).

Red-breasted Merganser (Mergus serrator): 1 at km 20, 28/Nov (R. Mizrachi et al.); 10 at Ma'agan Michael (J. Kooijman).

Baikal Teal (Anas formosa): 1 female type at the Hula re-flooded area, 06/Nov (S. Agmon, J. Halevy). This species has never before been recorded in Israel.

White-tailed Eagle (Haliaeetus albicilla): 2 at Hefer valley, 26/Nov (N & O Kirshanbaum).

Black Vulture (Aegypius monachus): 1 near Kfar Ruppin, 28/Nov (A. Stein).

Crested Honey Buzzard (Pernis ptilorhynchus): The bird which wintered in recent years has returned to Eilat's date plantation (Y. Lehnardt et al.).

Black-winged Kite (Elanus caeruleus): 1 at the Hula re-flooded are, 29/Nov (S. Luria).

Purple Gallinule (Porphyrio porphyrio): 1 at Ma'agan Michael, 04/Nov (C. Rozen); 1 at the Hula re-flooded area, 19/Nov (I. Shanni).

Demoiselle Crane (Anthropoides virgo): 1 1st winter at the Hula Re-flooded area, 11/Nov (I. Shanni).

Sociable Lapwing (Vanellus gregarius): 8 at Urim fields (J. Kooijman).

Terek Sandpiper (Xenus cinereous): 1 at Ma'agan Michael, 11/Nov (J. Meyrav).

Red Knot (Calidris canutus): 1 still present at Ma'agan Michael fishponds, 11/Nov (J. Meyrav).

Pacific Golden Plover (Pluvialis fulva): 1 at Tishlovet HaKishon reservoir, 11/Nov (A. Ben Dov).

Dotterel (Charadrius morinellus): 24 near Talmi Yosef, 17/Nov (D. Rotem, I. Magen); 10 at upper Hever wadi in Judean Desert, 30/Nov (O. Spiegel, R. Harel).

Pale Scops Owl (Otus brucei): 1 at Wadi Ketura, 20/Nov (S. Alterman, B. Granit).

White-winged Lark (Melanocorypha leucoptera): 1 heared in flight with Skylarks near Bahad 1 sewage, 20/Nov (B. Granit, S. Alterman). This species has never before been recorded in Israel.

Buff-bellied Pipit (Anthus japonicus): 1 at the Hula re-flooded area, 11/Nov (J. Meyrav).

Cyprus Wheatear (Oenanthe cypriaca): 1 at Ben Gurion airport fields, 05/Nov (K. Better); 1 still present at Ma'agan Michael fishponds, 04/Nov (C. Rozen); 1 east of Moshav nehusha, 11/Nov (E. Hadad).

Pied Wheatear (Oenanthe pleschanka): 1 at Eilat area, 28/Nov (R. Mizrachi).

Kurdish Wheatear (Oenanthe xanthoprimna): 1 at Kohav HaYarden, 20/Nov (D. Porat).

Yellow-browed Warbler (Philloscopus inornatus): 1 at Bahad 1, 07/Nov (B. Granit, A. Ben Dov); 1 at Nafha prison orchards, 21/Nov (B. Granit, S. Alterman); 1 at Nafha prison orchards, 28/Nov (B. Granit, R. Mizrachi, T. Landsberger); 1 at Bahad 1, 27-28/Nov.

Menetries's Warbler (Sylvia mystacea): 1 at Km 20, 09/Nov (D. Forsman).

Eastern Stonechat (Saxicola rubicola maura): an unpresedented influx - 129 birds counted at Eilat area, 09/Nov (D. Forsman).

Steppe Grey Shrike (Lanius excubitor pallidirostris): 3 at Eilot fields, 07/Nov (D. Forsman).

Isabelline Shrike (Lanius isabellinus): 1 at Ramot sewage, Golan, 12/Nov (J. Meyrav); 1 at Nir David, 11/Nov (A. Ben Dov); 1 at Hamadiyya, 27/Nov (S. Alterman).

Rosy Starling (Sturnus roseus): 1 along the 'Hamovil Ha'artzi' canal near Eilabun, Bet Netofa valley, 10/Nov (Y. Perlman).

Red-fronted Serin (Serinus pussilus): 2 at matash Bet-El, 14/Nov (I. Landoy).

Rustic Bunting (Emberiza rustica): 1 in an orchard near Nafha prison, 14/Nov (B. Granit, S. Alterman).
