Sooty Shearwater (Calonectris griseus): 9 off Eilat's north beach, 31/May (A. Meir).

Streaked Shearwater (Calonectris leucomelas): 1 off Eilat's north beach, 14/May (J. Meyrav). The 4th record for Israel.

Pectoral Sandpiper (Calidris melanotus): 1 at Gesher fish, 06/May (S. Alternam, O. Horine, A. Ben-Dov). The 7th record for Israel.

Pacific Golden Plover (Pluvialis fulva): 1 in Km 20 saltpans, 17/May (A. Ben Dov).

Red-necked Phalarope (Phalaropus lobatus): several at Eilat and 1 at Ma'agan Michael fishponds, 17/May (T. khan et al.).

Great Snipe (Gallinago media): at least three birds were seen in the Hula valley during mid May, of which two were ringed (F. Argyle, Y. Perlman et al.); 1 at Neot Smadar, 16/May (A. Ben Dov).

Audouin's Gull (Larus audouinii): 1 off Eilat's north beach, 09/May (R. Mizrachi).

Black Tern (Chlidonias niger): 1 at Ma'agan Michael, 15/May (S. Agmon); 1 in Km 20 saltpans, 16/May (A. Ben Dov).

Long-tailed Skua (Stercorarius longicaudus): 1 off Eilat's north beach, 0 /May (A. Meir).

Hoopoe Lark (Alaemon alaudipes): 1 in Samar dunes, 24/May (T. Khan).

White-throated Robin (Irania gutturalis): Singletons seen up to 19/May in southern Israel.

Black Bush Robin (Cercotrichas podobe): 1 at kibbutz Hatzeva, 10/May (A. Zehavi).

Basra Reed Warbler (Accrocephalus griseldis): several ringed in the Hula valley throughout the month (N. Israeli, Y. Perlman et al.).

Pied Wheatear (Oenanthe pleschanka): birds continued to show on the first few days of May, exceeding 10 individuals in total.

Green Warbler (Phyloscopus trocheliotus nitidus): 1 cought and ringed at Sde Boqer college, 01/May (D. Burns, E. Makover). The 3rd record for Israel.

Olive-tree Warbler (Hippolais olivetorum): 35 birds counted in various locations in southern Israel, 16-17/May (A. Ben Dov).

Red-breasted Flycatcher (Ficedula parva): 1 at kibbutz Samar, 24/May (T. Khan).

Rose-coloured Starling (Sturnus roseus): Up to 1,000 in the malberry trees around the Hula lake, 12/May (N. Israeli, F. Argyle et al.); 9 at Eilat, 16/May (A. Ben Dov).
