Black-throated Diver (Gavia stellata): 1 observed in flight over Eilat on 26/Nov (Finn birders) and relocated in the eastern lagoon on 29/Nov (N. Weiss).

Black Vulture (Aegypius monachus): 1 in the Golan heights throughout the month (L. Kislev); 1 near Sde-Boqer, 19/Nov onwards (S. Haham et al.).

Black-winged Kite (Elanus caeruleus): 1 near Urim high voltage line, 20/Nov (L. Kslev, T. Krumenacker).

Sociable Lapwing (Vanellus gregarius): 6 at Urim fields 07/Nov onwards (O. Horine, S. Alterman et al.); 4 at Kelach reservoir, Bet Shean valley, 29/Nov (A. Rinot).

Dotterel (Charadrius morinellus): 120-190 at the plains between Hazerim to Zeelim-Urim Road, 15/Nov (A. Ben Dov).

American Golden Plover (Pluvialis Dominica): 1 at Ma'agan Michael fishponds, 21/Nov onwards (A. Mayrose, S. Agmon et al.). The first record for Israel. First identified by James Smith through photographs.

Red Phalarope (Phalaropus fulicarius): 1 at Ma'agan Michael fish ponds, 30/Nov onwards (E. Banker et al.).

Great Black-backed Gull (Larus marinus): 1 at Acre beach, 08/Nov onwards (S. Haham). Probably a returning bird.

Pale Scops Owl (Otus brucei): 1 at Wadi Ketura, 13/Nov (S. Alterman).

Oriental Skylark (Alauda orientallis): 2 at Yotvata fields, 27/Nov (N. Weiss).

Buff-bellied Pipit (Anthus japonicus): 2 ringed at Tzoraa on 09&14/Nov(Y. Kiat); ~20 at Yotvata's circular field, 27/Nov (N. Weiss); singles in the Hula valley, Gallilee, Bahad 1 and Ma'agan Michael.

Pied Wheatear (Oenanthe pleschanka): 1 female ringed at IBRCE, 10/Nov (N. Weiss).

Black-throated Thrush (Turdus ruficollis): 1 male near Sde Boqer, in the Grove on the junction between road 40 and the south entrance to Ein Ovdat, 14/Nov (A. Ben Dov).

Yellow-browed Warbler (Philoscopus inornatus): 1 at Bahad 1, 14/Nov (R. Livne, A. Ben Dov).

Hume's Warbler (Philoscopus humeii): 1 at Eliphaz Date plantation, 21/Nov (J. Meyrav).

Goldcrest (Regulus regulus): 7 at Cedar viewpoint, Gallilee, 30/Nov (I. Shanii, D. Yosha).

Red-breasted Flycatcher (Ficedula parva): several during first half of November, in Eilat, Ma'agan Michael, HaYarkon park, Negev and others.

Wallcreeper (Tichodroma muraria): 1 at Arbel cliff, 29/Nov (S. Alterman).

Red-fronted Serin (Serinus pusillus): 8, Wadi Rosh Pinna, 26/Nov (S.Luria et al.).

Pine Bunting (Emberiza leucocephala): 1 at Birya orchard, 30/Nov (I. Shanii, D. Yosha).
