Red-breasted Merganser (Mergus serrator): 11 flying north near Ma'ayan-Tzvi shoreline, 16/Nov (A. Ben-Dov, A. Cohen).

Cinereous Vulture (Aegypius monachus): A 1st year bird at Gamla's Nature Reserve, 10/Nov (Y. Dax et al.).

White-tailed Eagle (Haliaeetus albicilla):
1 juv. at Gan Shmuel fishponds , Hefer valley, 23/Nov (B. Granit).

Pacific Golden Plover (pluvialis fulva): 1 in a flock of Golden Plovers at the fields of the Hula Lake, 9/Nov (I. Shanni)

Eurasian Dotterel (Charadrius morinellus): Some 160 birds seen in the fields of the western Negev, 10/Nov (R. Livne).

Bar-tailed Godwit (Limoza lapponica): 1 at Atlit saltpans on 07/Nov (M. Craig) and 2 on 13/Nov (Z. Labinger).

Sociable Plover (Vanellus gregarius): 1 at Be'er Sheva sewage pools, 30/Nov (I. Tsurim); 1 at Kfar Ruppin fields, 30/Nov (B. Granit).

Common Gull (Larus canus): 1 adult at Ma'agan Michael, 16/Nov (A. Ben-Dov, A. Cohen).

Mediterranean Gull (Larus melanocephalus):
2 1st winter birds at Ma'agan Michael, 16/Nov onwards (A. Ben-Dov, A. Cohen et al.).

Audouin's Gull (Larus audouinii):
1 1st winter at Ma'agan Michael shore, 14-15/Nov (B. Granit).

Great Black-backed Gull (Larus marinus):
the bird first seen in September at Acre shore was still present on 18/Nov (S. Haham et al.).

Short-eared Owl (Asio flammeus): A migrating bird flying inland from the sea at Ma'ayan Tzvi, 17/Nov (A. Ben-Dov, A. Cohen).

Striated Scops Owl (Otus brucei): 1 at Sheizaf reserve, Hatzeva, 18/Nov (R. Segali).

Olive-backed Pipit (Anthus hodgsoni):
1 at Neot Smadar's alfalfa fields, 09/Nov (E. Banker).

Buff-belied Pipit(Anthus rubescens): 1 at Neot Smadar's alfalfa fields, 18/Nov (T. Kahan).

Pied Wheatear (Oenanthe pleschanka): a 1st winter male at Ne'ot Smadar's sewage, 08/Nov (B. Granit, R. Livne, T. Landsberger).

Yellow-browed Warbler (Phylloscopus inornatus): 1 at Neot Smadar, 02/Nov (E. Dovrat).

Wallcreeper (Tichodroma muraria): 1 at Wadi Qelt, 19/Nov (M. Craig).

Steppe Grey Shrike (Lanius pallidirostris): an adult at Yotvata's circular fields, 22/Nov (M. Craig et al.).

Common Linnet (Carduelis cannabina): The largest ever roost with ~15,000 birds was observed near Tzor'a (E. Hadad et al.).

Little Bunting (Emberiza pusilla): 1 at Samar's date plantation, Arava Valley, 23/Nov (J. Meyrav et al.).
