Black-winged Kite (Elanus caeruleus), Eilat, 29/September/2009
On September 29th, Noam Weiss located a Black-winged Kite hunting around Eilat's bird sanctuary, representing the 11th record of this species in Israel.
The bird was still around on the next two days.
