Black Stork (Ciconia nigra): 8,700 migrating over Kfar Ruppin, 22/Sep evening (C. Rhode). The largest concentration ever recorded.

Terek Sandpiper (Xenus cinereous): 1 at Km 20, early September (N. Weiss).

Bar-tailed Godwit (Limosa lapponica): 1 at Ma'agan Michael, 19/Sep onwards (C. Rozen et al.); 1 at Atlit saltpans, 24/Sep.

Red Knot (Calidris canutus): the bird from Achziv beach was last seen on 19/Sep (G. Shon et al.).

Purple Gallinule (Porphyrio porphyrio): 1 Ha'Ma'apil fish ponds, 10/Sep onwards (S. Lotan et al.); 1 at Ma'agan Michael, 24/Sep (T. Kahn).

Lesser yellowlegs (Tringa flavipes): 1 at Kibbutz Neve Eitan's fish ponds, Bet Shean valley, 25/Sep onwards (P. Kinsella et al.). The second record for Israel.

Red-necked Phalarope (Phalaropus lobatus): 1 at Ma'agan Michael, 19/Sep (C. Rozen).

Black Tern (Chlydonias niger): 1 at Tirat Tzvi fish ponds, 25/Sep (L. Gregory).

Egyptian Nightjar (Caprimulgus aegyptius): 1 at Yotvata fields, 21/Sep (N. Weiss et al.).

Icterine Warbler (Hippolais icterina): 1 between Hamadya and Gesher, 19/Sep (S. Alterman, O. Horine); 1 at Jerusalem Bird observatory, 21/Sep (Y. Kiat et al.); 2 at Tsor'a fields, 22/Sep (Y. Kiat et al.); 1 at Kfar Ruppin cemetery, late September (P. Kinsella).

Syke's Warbler (Hippolais rama): 1 cought and ringed at the IBRC Eilat, 21/Sep (N. Weiss et al.). The 4th record for Israel.

Basra Reed Warbler (Acrocephalus griseldis): 1 at Tirat Tzvi fish ponds, 07/Sep (P. Kinsella, L. Gregory, C. Lansdell).

Red-breasted Flycatcher (Ficedula parva): 1 at the Tisch Family Zoological Gardens in Jerusalem, 29/Sep (S. Agmon).

Isabelline Shrike (Lanius isabellinus): 1 at Afula, late september (P. Kinsella et al.); 1 at Kfar Ruppin, late September (P. Kinsella et al.).

Rose-coloured Starling (Sturnus roseus): 1 at Kumeran, Dead Sea, 02/Sep (E. Banker).

Pale Rock Sparrow (Petronia petronia): 3 at Kumi Hill and Bet HaShitta, Harod valley, early September (B. Granit, P. Kinsella).
