| Brown Booby (Sula leucogaster): 1 off Eilat's north beach, 30/Oct (E. Dovrat). | |||||||||
| White Stork (Ciconia ciconia): a bird ringed in Germany on 24/06/77 was observed at Ma'agan Michael fishponds on 26/Oct (A. Ben Dov). | |||||||||
| White-tailed Eagle (Haliaeetus albicilla): 1 in active migration over Vardon, near kiriat-Gat, 04\Oct (R. Shaish). | |||||||||
| Tawny Eagle (Aquila rapax): a bird probably of this species was observed at Eilat's date plantaion, 30/Oct (E. Dovrat et al.). | |||||||||
| Bar-tailed Godwit (Limosa lapponica): 2 at Atlit saltpans, 30/Oct (S. Haham). | |||||||||
| Red-necked Phalarope (Phalaropus lobatus): 1 at Ma'agan Michael, 10/Oct (M. Craig). | |||||||||
| White-cheeked Tern (Sterna repressa): 1 off Eilat's north beach, 30/Oct (E. Dovrat). | |||||||||
| Black Tern (Chlidonias niger): 1 at Ma'agan Michael, 10/Oct (M. Craig). | |||||||||
| Oriental Skylark (Alauda gulgula): Up to 5 at Yotvata circular field, 25/Oct (M. Craig, J. Meirav et al.); 1 at Bahad 1 sewage, 19/Oct (B. Granit, A. Tsairi). | |||||||||
| Yellow-browed Warbler (Phylloscopus inornatus): 1 seen near the students quarters of Sde-Boker college, 15/Oct (D. Burns); 1 near Mitzpe Ramon's sewage pools, 21/Oct (A. Ben-Dov, E. Dovrat, Rony Livne); 1 cought at Eilat's ringing station, 30/Oct (N. Weiss et al.). | |||||||||

| Red-breasted Flycatcher (Ficedula parva): A good season for this species, with about 25 birds noted at the Arava valley, Negev, Jerusalem area and even Dan region, peaking after Oct 19th. | |||||||||

| Daurian Shrike (Lanius isabellinus): 1 adult at Atlit's saltpans, 27/Oct onwards (Y. Wasserlauf et al.); 1 adult, probably a returning bird, ringed at Tirat-Tzvi sewage, 18/Oct (K. Merom); 1 at Gesher fishponds, 26/Oct (D. Porat); 1 adult at Yahel's sewage, Arava valley, 28/Oct (T. Kahn). | |||||||||
