Red-crested Pochard (Netta rufina): 1 at En HaNaziv fishponds, 30/Jan (A. Rinot).

White-tailed Eagle (Haliaeetus albicilla): 1 1st winter near Noam, Judean plains, 05/Jan (R. Shaish, E. Hadad).

Cinereous Vulture (Aegypius monachus): 5 South-east of Zavitan Junction, Golan, 10/Jan and 4 near Katzrin 0n 31/Jan (E. Banker); 1 at Wadi Samech, 14/Jan (L. Kislev).

Crested Honey Buzzard (Pernis ptilorhynchus): the bird which wintered last yead has returned to Eilat's date plantation (O. Joensson et al.).

American Golden Plover (Pluvialis Dominica): the bird from Ma'agan Michael was relocated at Acre north beach, 24/Jan (S. Haham).

Kittiwake (Rissa tridactyla): 1 off Eilat's north beach, 02/Jan (S. Alterman).

Great Black-backed Gull (Larus marinus): 1 still present at Acre beach (S. Haham).

Pale Scops Owl (Otus brucei): 1 at Wadi Ketura throughout the month (S. Alterman, O. Horine).

Oriental Skylark (Alauda orientallis): up to 7-9 at Yotvata fields, 02/Jan (S. Alterman, A. Ben Dov).

Thick-billed Lark (Rhamphocorys clotbey): 17 near Shivta, 22/Jan (T. Magen).

Hoopoe Lark (Alaemon alaudipes): 1 at Ha'Meyshar, 02/Jan (A. Ben Dov).

Buff-bellied Pipit (Anthus japonicus): 7+ at Yotvata fields, 02/Jan (S. Alterman, A. Ben Dov); 1 at Ma'agan Michael, 09/Jan (C. Rozen).

Olive-backed Pipit (Anthus hodgsoni): 2 in Eliphaz date plantation, 01/Jan (O. Joensson).

Kurdish Wheatear (Oenanthe xanthoprimna): 2 birds were still present at Wadi Heimar and Mishmar on 03/Jan (Y. Perlman et al.).

Black Bush Robin (Cercotrichas podobe): 1 still present near Yoseftal hospital, Eilat.

Hume's Warbler (Philoscopus humeii): 1 at Kfar Ruppin, 16/Jan (Y. Dax et al.).

Goldcrest (Regulus regulus): birds were still present in several sites in the Golan and Galilee.

Pine Bunting (Emberiza leucocephala): 1-2 female type in Jerusalem, 18/Jan (G. Perlman). .
