RBA guidelines
The RBA is an SMS messages service aimed to distribute rare bird alerts to Israeli birdwatchers. The service has several trustees, which will be allowed to distribute the messages to the members. The operation of the service is simple:
How to join the service?
Fill the below form to submit your name, e-mail and cellphone. The cost of the service is 20 shekels for two years (the cost simply goes to cover the price of the service).

The RBA is an SMS messages service aimed to distribute rare bird alerts to Israeli birdwatchers. The service has several trustees, which will be allowed to distribute the messages to the members. The operation of the service is simple:
- A person seeing a rare bird in the field reports to one of the trustees by a phone call or SMS message (if using the last option he has to get a reply message indicating a recipient by the trustee). If this trustee does not answer or reply, the observer should try to contact another trustee.
- The message is distributed by the trustee to the mobile phones of all the members.
